Chef Eva Bolivar & Restaurante Bili
Local Puerto Rican Chef and owner Eva BolÃvar founded Restaurante Bilà in 2000. She graduated from the Culinary Institute of America. Her passion for cooking derives from her Abuela and traveling around the world- experiencing different cultures!
Bilà Restaurante is known for it's fusion take on authentic, local flavors. Our seafood is brought to us daily by our very own fisherman and always cooked to perfection. We take pride in our ability to share the most unique flavors from around the world here in Vieques, Puerto Rico.
